the staff were friendly! i especially appreciated the filipino front desk staff. my room had a good view of the one bangkok shopping complex! the breakfast spread was tasty and filling.

The mattress was comfortable. I also liked the blackout liners on the curtains. They really helped with the early morning light. The swimming pool was great. I found plenty of chairs and a good choice of sun or shade.

The fitness centre was not great. The weights on the rack were mostly missing and the equipment was semi functioning. I also noticed the window did not close properly and I was woken up by traffic noise.
